ZRC has always been a leader in the fashion world and, since the 1930s, has been marrying leather and metal in an innovative production process which has nonetheless remained more or less exclusive. Always at the cutting-edge of technology too, ZRC sets up its own production plant specializing in leatherwork. Subsequently, the introduction of the leather watch straps, for which the market share rapidly increased tenfold, has confirmed the Group in its new industrial decisions.

Using authentic craftwork methods, making the leather and synthetic fabric watch straps is a complicated process: cutting, splitting, skiving, reinforcing the lining, gluing, assembling, final cutting, stitching, varnishing and edge polishing. Every stage requires meticulous attention to detail, thereby demonstrating ZRC's extraordinary expertise.

 

Equally as demanding insofar as concerns the quality of its leather and synthetic bracelets as it is for its metal bands, the Group has developed its own test laboratories where every product is tested:
