ZRC
has always been a leader in the
fashion world and, since the
1930s, has been marrying leather
and metal in an innovative production
process which has nonetheless
remained more or less exclusive.
Always at the cutting-edge of
technology too, ZRC sets up its
own production plant specializing
in leatherwork. Subsequently,
the introduction of the leather
watch straps, for which the market
share rapidly increased tenfold,
has confirmed the Group in its
new industrial decisions.
Using
authentic craftwork methods,
making the leather and synthetic
fabric watch straps is a complicated
process: cutting, splitting,
skiving, reinforcing the lining,
gluing, assembling, final cutting,
stitching, varnishing and edge
polishing. Every stage requires
meticulous attention to detail,
thereby demonstrating ZRC's extraordinary
expertise. |

as demanding insofar as concerns
the quality of its leather and

linings:

Fastness to water spotting test IUF 420
Wet and dry friction tests NF G 52-301

NF G 52-002
-
Quality control tests on synthetic
materials:
